HOODIES

The hoodies have now arrived. If you have ordered and paid for a hoodie, please call at the Music Centre Office as soon as possible to collect and sign for it. Thank you.

HALF TERM

The Music Centre will be closed from Saturday 2 June to Saturday 9 June inclusive.


SAFEGUARDING AT THE MUSIC CENTRE

We have been asked to advise you of some important changes the Music Service has been asked to make, regarding our use of the Carr House Centre premises.

TOILET FACILITIES

The Carr House Centre building has many other tenants, and it has been brought to our attention that the main toilets directly opposite the back door should no longer be used by any Music Centre pupils. (Children and adults would not share the same facilities in a school.) With immediate effect, the two disabled toilets, also near the back door, should be used by all pupils and any other children, so that the main toilets are only to be used by adults. This is now part of the safeguarding policy for DMBC in this building.

ACCOMPANYING PUPILS TO AND FROM REHEARSALS

As part of this safeguarding policy, parents at least of primary aged children are required to escort their children to and from the rehearsal room.

Please take the time to discuss these important safety guidelines with your child. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this matter.
