THEORY CLASSES There are still vacancies in some of the Music Centre theory classes. Grade 5 theory must be passed by a candidate before he or she may be entered for the Grade 6 to 8 practical examinations, so Grade 5 is the important examination. However, pupils can also be entered for the earlier grades if preferred. Theory classes are small to enable quick progress. Please phone the office to ask for a place (01302 734810)
FRIENDS OF THE MUSIC CENTRE FUND This fund now has charitable status, charity number is 1080128. The fund is to ensure that musical opportunities remain open to all. Donations are always welcome. Further details may be obtained from the Music Centre office (01302 734810).
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS The Music Centre will close on Friday 22 December. Classes will start again on Monday 8 January.
CAR PARKING In the interests of safety of Music Centre children, please would parents who stop in the car park to drop off children, take the utmost care when driving away, especially at busy times on Saturday mornings. On wet days, visibility may be particularly poor.
LOST PROPERTY There is a large amount of unclaimed lost property. If you or your child have lost anything, please call at the WAMC office. We shall dispose of clothing and other lost property to charity shops during the week before the Christmas holiday.
